That moment when you realize that you have set goals that are not humanly possible to attain.
That moment when you are horribly homesick, with no way to satisfy the sickness.
That moment when the only thing you need is a mom to ask you how your day went, or a blessing of comfort from a loving father.
Dealing with feelings such as these in a responsible and adult manner (not shrieking at the top of your lungs in frustration and throwing tomatoes at everything that moves) is one of the important life lessons to learn at college.....of which I am in the process of learning right at this very moment.
Yes indeed it is a struggle, and sometimes you wish you could just quit.
But you can't. You are a grown up now.......supposed to be one anyways....and besides,
YOU CAN DO THIS!!
Even though your real parents are not right next to you, you have real, on-call Heavenly Parents that are available 24.7 in the rain or shine, crisis or not. And despite what your brain, emotions, and tear-ducts tell you, it is not the end of the world.
You will not be tested above what you can handle. Fact.
You will simply be molded into the most wonderful and glorious person anyone could ever behold. nbd.
So relax, #1 yes you are growing up, but you can handle it
#2 when life gets too hard to stand, kneel
#3 enjoy the process of perfection :)
